All orders placed from 1st November 2025 are eligible for our extended returns period. These orders can be returned up to 12th January 2026. All standard return conditions below still apply.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Timing: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Documentation: Please follow the instructions provided in the returns portal and include all required information in your return package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

  • If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Saxumo will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@saxumo.com. We will prioritise resolving the issue quickly and at no cost to you.

Refunds & Processing Times

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. We will notify you by email if your refund has been approved or declined.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Timing: Refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
